The TSL Graduate
Trainee Program
Designed to turn talented graduates into future leaders, this program will give you the platform to design the career you want!
STEP will offer you the following:
2-3 job rotations: – project based roles with real responsibilities providing fantastic insight into our business.
An opportunity to test and develop your skills and give you the chance to make an immediate contribution to the business.
Access to structured courses and exposure to specific programs to help you build your expertise.
Exposure to a wide variety of experiences to develop skills relevant to your job in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
Opportunity to develop your leadership capabilities.
Mentoring – to help with your learning and development and offer valuable advice along the way.
We will support you every step of the way, but much of your progress will be up to you. Advancement to managerial positions is based on performance and predicated on business need. To reach your goals, you will need to be focused and ambitious, able to identify opportunities, and ultimately responsible to own your development. We are looking for dynamic individuals with differing views, ideas, experiences and backgrounds who can change the game.
Interns
Each year, TSL recruits students from top universities, polytechnics and technical colleges in and outside Nigeria who are looking to learn and prepare for an impactful future.
TSL’s internships are diverse with opportunities across all major departments and business units, including Operations, Finance, Fleet Management, Supply chain, Human Resources, Driver’s Administration, and Information Technology (IT).
Most internships are 3 to 6 months, except for Technical Internships which last from 6 to 12 months. Interns work collaboratively with experienced professionals on real business projects to improve their real-life work experiences and to better position them for life after school.
