TSL Logistics Limited is committed to giving back to the well-being of the communities in which we operate and to the society at large. This is a core philosophy of our company.

We believe in being good corporate citizens, being socially responsible and creating a lasting impact on the good of the environment and the larger society where we operate.

We support charities and have been contributing to community social development programs, outreach programs as well as touching the lives of the communities where we operate, through our involvement in welfare projects, provision of basic infrastructure, serving the needs of local communities, orphanage homes for abandoned children etc. These activities have afforded us direct opportunity to experience their social and environmental development needs and contribute towards them.

Our Corporate Responsibility is a very important part of the culture and core values of our organisation, as such we remain committed to continuously impacting positively on the environment. We also encourage many of our staff members at all locations to take part in the society through volunteering activities.

Our CSR Approach

From Education to Community Development and Youth Empowerment, we have developed several programs meant to positively affect lives in the communities where we operate. Our Sustainability policies have helped us identify worthy societal causes towards achieving our shared dream of a better tomorrow for mankind. We remain committed to maintaining a positive impact on our immediate environment and on our communities at large.

At TSL, Corporate Social Responsibility is integrated into our overall company strategy, we serve the varied interests of our key stakeholders:


We have partnered with a non-governmental organization through the Adopt-A-Child Initiative. This is part of our Social Investment Initiatives which are aimed at helping children from economically-challenged backgrounds achieve their dreams of qualitative education.


We value our people and as such we are committed to promoting diversity in the workplace while ensuring rewarding career opportunities and attractive working conditions for employees.

The ratio of women in the employment of the Company increased from 38% to 41% for years ending 2016 and 2017 respectively, with the ratio of women in the Management team at 50%. This underscores our commitment to an environment where excellence is the overriding consideration.

Community Development

As part of its normal operations, TSL conducts an environmental and social impact assessment of all its projects. We positively contribute to the economic development of the communities we operate in via community development initiatives, thus making these communities more habitable for its indigenes.

We encourage joint stake holder collaboration when necessary to ensure the sustainability of our community development initiatives.

Youth Empowerment

We believe the social and economic advancement of our host communities is fundamental to the success of our operations. In view of this, we empower the youths by creating employment opportunities. This is a sustainable program meant to develop indigene youths who will in turn impact their communities. Furthermore, we engage the services of local vendors in procuring equipment and materials for projects carried out within our regional locations.
