Deji Wright Managing Director
Deji Wright is a Law graduate of the University of Buckingham, England. He went on to the University of Dundee, Scotland, where he obtained a Masters degree in Petroleum Law and Economics. Thereafter, he attended the King’s College, University of London where he further obtained another Masters degree in Commercial and Corporate Law.
He attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in September 1999. He then joined the law firm of Olaniwun Ajayi & Co in October 1999 and left February 2001 to promote TSL, he is the Managing Director of Transport Services Limited.

Taiwo Ajibola Chief Operating Officer
Taiwo is a seasoned professional in warehousing, and a technology expert with over twenty years of experience in Information Technology, Projects, and Supply Chain majoring in the manufacturing and manufacturing support services industry.
Taiwo joins us from MDS Logistics where he successfully led the organization as the Managing Director before joining TSL At MDS Logistics, he grew through the ranks from an Assistant IT
Manager, ICT Manager, Manager - Warehousing & Depot Operations, General Manager- Warehousing & Trucking Operations until he was appointed the Managing Director in 2018.
Some of his notable achievements have been
implementing an Enterprise Warehouse Management System in 45 locations across Nigeria, Business analysis & process development for key players in Telecoms and FMCG as well as notable technology driven initiatives in the transport industry.
Taiwo holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Global Supply Chain Management from Salford University, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor's of Technology in Industrial Mathematics from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria.
He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.

Oluseyi is a Seasoned Finance Professional with over 18 years of work experience. He holds a Ph.D. Degree from Charisma University in Accounting.
Prior to his appointment, he worked with Mixta as Country CFO, Vodacom Business Africa as Acting Managing Director, Konga Online Shopping Mall as Vice President, Finance and Admin. Operations, Now Dimension Data as Director of Finance/Chief Financial Officer, General Electric International Operations Limited as Senior Financial Operations Manager, MTN Nigeria Communications Ltd as Technical Accounting Manager, Zenith Bank as Auditor, Inspector, and Investigator.

Nasir Cham Group Head, HSEQ
Muhammad Nasir Cham trained in England in Environmental Management. He has worked for the government of the Gambia, Shell, the World Bank, ADB and UN as an employee or a consultant in Environmental Impact Assessment, Disaster Risk Reduction, Health and Safety, Urban Safety and Security, Procurement and climate change adaptation.
He joined TSL in 2010 as head of HSEQ. He became the Head, Fleet Management in 2012 and then recently, Group Head, HSEQ. He is a Health and Safety at heart, a stickler and is motivated by excellence and the energy and drive of people he works with. Nasir was awarded a BSc (Hons) degree in Environmental Science and Biology from the University of Wolver Hampton, UK; and a MSc in European Environmental Management and Third World Political Ecology from King’s College, University of London. He is a health and environment safety specialist, who has consulted for organizations such as Shell Oil Products Africa, Shell Marketing Gambia Limited, National Environment Agency (Gambia), National Planning Commission (Gambia), Gambia Investment Promotion and Free Zones, Sahel Investment International, etc.

Kelechi Vera Olawonyi Head, Human Resources, Administration & Communications
Kelechi has both a B.A Hons and an M.SC in Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and University of Lagos, Akoka, respectively. She has 18 years’ experience spanning Consulting, Non-for Profit, Communications and Human Resources; covering Leadership & Organisational Development (Talent Management & Development, Learning, Performance Culture / Performance Management, Organisational Design & Effectiveness, Employer Branding etc.).
Kelechi Joined TSL from Novartis Africa, where she headed the Novartis Africa Corporate University. She had also worked at Unilever Nigeria in the following roles: Leadership Development Manager for West Africa, Employer Brand Lead for Central Africa and Subsequently HR Business Partner for the Sales & Marketing teams. She also worked at MTN Nigeria as Project Manager, Learning & Development. Kelechi cut her teeth in consulting with the indigenous Nigerian Consulting firm; ReStraL Consulting as where she managed the FranklinCovey Franchise and subsequently as Client Business Development Manager.
She is passionate about development work and had previously worked as an Independent Consultant / Facilitator for the British Council, World Bank and DFID. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCPM), Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DISC profile certified professional.

Atinuke Aharoun-Badiru Head, Internal Control and Risk
Atinuke graduated with a B.Sc. Honors degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos and then joined KPMG (formerly Arthur Anderson), one of the BIG 4 Auditors as an Audit Trainee. She left KPMG as a chartered accountant and a deputy manager in the financial service industry with experience in audit, financial analysis and reporting, due diligence reviews and performance improvement review. She later joined ARM (Asset Resource Management Company Limited) as Head, Financial Management and Reporting.
She left ARM as an Assistant Vice President in Finance to join Transport Services Limited as the Head of Finance Department in 2014, and currently leads the Internal Control & Audit Department.
Yetunde Adewale Head, Legal
Yetunde Adewale LL.B, B.L, MCIArb is a Legal Practitioner who has been in practice for a period of ten years. She obtained her Bachelor of Law LL.B (Ekpoma) in 2002 Second Class Upper Division at the Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State and she was thereafter called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.
She became a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in May 2012, has been in active legal practice since 2004 and her core area of practice has been in General Civil Litigation and Corporate Commercial Law. She has advised on insolvency, business recovery, company secretarial matters, mergers and acquisitions and holds membership positions in various institutions including the Nigerian Bar Association and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators U.K.

Gabriel Dompey Head Drivers' Administration
An expatriate who has over 22 years’ experience in driver education. He is a certified trainer for Shell Oil Products for Africa and has over the years trained more than 3000 participants across West Africa.
He has worked in Shell Ghana, Ghacem, Total Petroleum Ghana Ltd, British American Tobacco, Newmont Ghana amongst others. He has a strong background in Information Technology and Auto mechanics with vast experience in the installation and configuration of numerous fleet management systems.

Idris Akinsanya Head, Dry Goods
Idris Akinsanya graduated from The Federal Polytechnic, Offa with National Diploma Statistics in 1999, and University of Agriculture, Abeokuta with a degree of Bachelor of Science, Mathematical Sciences – Statistics Option.
He is an alumni of Cranefield University United Kingdom, and Lagos Business School, Pan- Atlantic University.
Olusola Iwasanmi Head, Innovation
Olusola Iwasanmi holds a BSc in Accounting, from the University of Lagos, as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Business School Lausanne, Switzerland.
He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ACA) and the Risk Management Association of Nigeria (ACRIMA). He is also a Balance Scorecard professional (BSP).
He began his career as a Business Process Analyst with Asset & Resource Management Ltd. (ARM Group), where he later served as a Risk Manager and a Project Coordinator. Olusola has over 9 years of experience with a career spanning Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Project Management, Business Planning & Strategy, Process Improvement and Internal Control & Compliance.
He joined TSL in February 2015, as Risk Manager and during his time in that role he was part of the team that successfully transformed the Internal Control & Risk Department. In 2016, Olusola was promoted to Head Business Transformation Unit with his experience and knowledge in Business processes, planning & strategy. In March 2018 he became the Head, Commercial & Business Intelligence until September 2019 when he became Head, Innovation.

Akorede Lemboye Head, Oil and Gas
Akorede Lemboye is the Head Operations (Wet) with overall responsibility for contracts within the Oil & Gas industry. Prior to assuming this role in 2018, he was the Business Unit Manager responsible for the Total Nig. PLC. and ENYO contract.
Korede has 10 years of experience in the Supply Chain and Logistics Industry with core competence in Trucking, Distribution and Product Handling. He was the pioneering officer for the Gas (CNG & LPG) business in TSL and initiated the first cross-border movement of LPG from Nigeria to neighboring West African countries for Oando.
Korede is an APICS ( American Production and Inventory Control Society) certified supply chain professional (CSCP) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). He hold a BSc. Degree in Geography and Regional planning from Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU).

Temidayo is a well-rounded and highly experienced consulting professional, focused on delivering client-centered solutions across multiple industries and market segments. He graduated with a distinction in Pharmacy from Obafemi Awolowo University and holds a master’s degree in Public and International Affairs (MPIA) from University of Lagos. Temidayo is a Chartered Financial Analyst and also has a Proficiency Certificate in Management from the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
Temidayo has over 12 years’ experience in Managing Consulting from KPMG, where he was a Senior Manager responsible for delivering several client projects. He was also responsible for leading the Media & Telecoms team. Temidayo has very deep experience and understanding in local content strategy, Oil & Gas, Telecoms and Financial Markets. He has also been involved in several major organizational strategy, transformation and business model designs, and several market entry strategies.
