In line with our continuous commitment to promoting diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace, the ratio of women in the employment of the Company increased from 38% to 41% on a year-on-year basis, with the ratio of women in the Management team at 50%. The TSL Way
Finally, at TSL we believe continuous and effective communication enables all our employees attain a shared understanding of, and buy-in to the Company’s vision and strategic direction. To this end, several times a year, we hold Corporate and Departmental Retreats and work-sessions lasting a couple of hours to a few days each, and targeted at various employee groups. These sessions aid awareness creation, knowledge building, issues identification, solutions planning and development and implementation efforts for our various plans and initiatives.
